Lace-up boot
Ankle-high lace-up boot made of smooth leather with open derby lacing and a grippy rubber sole, made for rain and winter. In dark brown it goes with jeans, corduroy and flannel, also with an overshirt and overcoat. It is sturdier than the Chelsea boot and more casual than a derby. It does not go with a suit.

From the Guide
- Boots need trousers with weight: safe with jeans, taupe, olive and brown. With light summer trousers they are too heavy.
- Boots suit chinos in fall, not linen trousers in summer.
