Cashmere

Fine undercoat of the cashmere goat. It is very soft and warm at low weight, but more delicate than sheep's wool and prone to pilling. Quality depends mainly on the length and fineness of the fibers, less on the cashmere content on the label. Blends of wool and cashmere are sturdier.
