Hopsack
Wool fabric in a basket weave, in which two or more threads are interlaced together. The surface is slightly textured and open, and the fabric breathes and wrinkles little. It is the classic choice for the navy sport coat: the texture takes away the look of a suit jacket.

- With navy trousers, white and light blue are the safest choice. Gray and earth tones work; navy with navy only with a clearly different fabric.
- We avoid a black top with navy trousers.
